Made from a blue reinforced PVC material. the cover goes over the whole reel including the handles to keep it safe from the rain and frost that can damage the reel and cover.  When measuring for a reel storage cover, be sure to include the reel handles and allow for some overlap, the cover comes in two sections which should overlap in the middle.  Securing straps are also available from our website.
