The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Online Security

We offer secure online ordering via Sage Pay to ensure your financial safety. The information you provide is held on our secure site and will not be disclosed to a third party. However, some customers will prefer to speak to a customer service representative, in which case please call our office on 01730 818222.

Payment Options / Overseas Purchases

We accept all payment cards except for Amex, our card machine is able to process Contactless payments such as Apple Pay also.  Payments taken over the phone will be processed through an online Sagepay system which impliments fraud checks, we will only deliver items purchased in this manner to the cardholders address.  Overseas customers should email with information regarding the items they would like to purchase and a delivery address so that we can quote a delivery price, payment can then be made either by card or bank transfer.

Delivery Charges

For UK mainland, delivery is free on orders over £70.00
On orders below this amount, the following charges will apply:

Goods Up to 2 kg  -  £4.95
Goods 2 kg – 4 kg  -  £6.95
Goods 4 kg +             £8.95

Some large or heavy items eg heaters, automatic covers, above ground pools etc. may incur an additional carriage fee.  Please contact our office for details.

Delivery will usually be between one and seven days, by Royal Mail or a suitable courier, but if for any reason stock is unavailable you will be notified by telephone, email or fax.

Deliveries to Scotland and Ireland may incur an extra charge, in this instance you will be notified by telephone or email.

We are happy to send items abroad but cannot process these orders via the website. Email or phone us and we can arrange payment and delivery of orders.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can send a replacement.
Should we accidentally dispatch the wrong product, please notify us immediately so we can organise an exchange at no additional cost to you.
Should you wish to return items incorrectly ordered by yourself, the goods must be returned in good clean condition, in the original packaging for exchange or refund. Carriage will be charged on any exchanged items.  Items should be returned unopened/in original pacakging within 14 days of purchase, delivery costs are not refunded.

Faulty inflatable items will only be exchanged if the fault is a manufacturing problem.

Bespoke items and special orders will be non-returnable and paid proforma.


All prices quoted are in sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice, due to possible increases in supplier prices.  Errors and omissions excepted.
